The Villa is situated on Inhaca Island in Mozambique. The villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and offers breathtaking 180-degree views of Maputo Bay. Inhaca and Portuguese Islands boast beautiful, deserted beaches, stunning coral reefs and amazing marine life such as Turtles, Dugongs, Dolphins and Whales in the winter months. The main house has three bedrooms, of which two are en suite. The third bedroom is in the open loft and has its own separate bathroom. There are two en suite garden chalets which each sleep two people, as well as an en suite cottage that can sleep two people. All bedrooms have fans and mosquito nets over the beds. All linen and towels are provided for by The Villa, and there is a daily cleaning and laundry service.

The Villa has a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble drier. Guests can enjoy the large swimming pool with amazing views over the bay, and a big garden full of incredible bird life. The Villa has an outdoor patio with a barbeque/braai area and a fire pit. The Villa provides a qualified skipper on a small W20 boat (fuel excluded) for trips to Portuguese Island, Santa Maria and to explore the mangroves. There are two double kayaks for guests to enjoy. A meal at one of the restaurants in the Village is highly recommended, as well as curio shopping and shopping for delicious exotic fruit and vegetables at the market. Our standard policy for out of season is a minimum of 4 adults for a 2-night period. R 1 200-00 per person per night self-catering or R 11 500-00 for lodge per night out of season. Children under 12 years half price. Our standard policy for high season bookings (2 weeks either side of Easter and Christmas) is a minimum of 6 adults over a 5-night period or Lodge booked out. R 1 500-00 Per person per night self-catering or R 15 500-00 for lodge per night. Discounts are offered for guests staying more than 6 consecutive nights. PLEASE NOTE IF LODGE IS NOT BOOKED OUT BY YOU, LODGE COULD BE SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS! Boat transfers to the island can be arranged at an additional cost. The island is also accessible by the kaNyaka Ferry which travels from the Katembe Pier on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.
